Finally, after about 300 hits I found my Stone Dragon Egg. Due to my server being extremely laggy, I haven't had an opportunity to start building up my Stone Dragon Outpost, but I did however create it using my Stone Dragon Egg and will be posting a guide on how to set yours up soon.
For now, here is my guide to farming for your Stone Dragon Egg. Enjoy!

Stone Dragon Outpost Officially Announced
All Dragons of Atlantis players received an official message in-game announcing the release of the Stone Dragon Outpost. The requirements for building a Stone Dragon Outpost (3rd city) are as follows:
- Control a plain (I suggest a level 10 which will give you the maximum number of wilderness slots)
- Already occupy a Water Dragon Outpost
- Be level 9 or higher
- Find a Stone Dragon Egg

New Water Dragon Egg Guide
In Dragons of Atlantis, you need a Water Dragon Egg to start your first Outpost and raise a Great Water Dragon. I just posted a new Water Dragon Egg guide on my Hubpages account that will take you step by step through the process of finding your Water Dragon Egg.

New Outpost Announced
A 2nd outpost is on the horizon for Dragons of Atlantis players! Sometime in the next few days, Dragons of Atlantis will release to players the ability to start a second outpost and raise a Stone Dragon. From the sound of their latest Facebook post/tease, the Stone Dragon will be a dragon with high defense.
My guess is that you will have to get a Stone Dragon Egg by farming level 7 or higher mountains, much like the Water Dragon Egg was farmed from level 7 or higher lakes. For now, I am continuing to build my outpost and city as well as train new troops to get ready to farm mountains and create my second outpost.

Great Dragon Armor
Just found my first piece of Great Dragon Armor from a level 5 Anthropus camp! After getting my Water Dragon Egg today and building my outpost, this was a nice little bonus. I've been farming the level 5 camps around my city off and on, but now that my Outpost is up and running I will be working on getting the rest of my Great Dragon Armor.
Great Dragon Armor and Water Dragon Armor can be farmed from level 5 and above Anthropus Camps.

Water Dragon Egg and New Outpost
The best way to obtain a water dragon egg in Dragons of Atlantis is to farm level 8 lakes until you get lucky and find a water dragon egg. I got my egg after hitting 40 level 8 lakes.
The way that I farmed was by hitting two level 8 lakes that were close to my city over and over. I would send an attack, conquer the wilderness, recall my troops, abandon the wilderness, then send a 2nd group (can be less troops as it will take time for the monsters to respawn), and repeat the process on both lakes. Honestly it should only take a couple hours of farming, but with my schedule it was hard to sit down and do it all at once. I would do this for a few rounds and then come back later, but the idea is the same.
Once you get your egg, the next thing to do is to conquer the highest level wilderness plain that you can. THe higher the plain, the more additional wildernesses you will be able to control. That's right, your outpost allows you to control extra wildernesses, meaning that you can greatly increase your production of resources. The further you advance in the game, the more useful this will become.
My army isn't strong enough yet to hit level 10 wildernesses, so I did a level 9. I suggest waiting until you can hit level 10s, but I got impatient and wanted to see what the outpost was all about. Based on the screen below, it looks like you will be able to create additional outposts as the game progresses and the developers implement it.
Another requirement is to be level 8 or higher, but if you can farm level 8 lakes you should be all set.
Once you find your water dragon egg and have all the requirements pet, go to your "Empire" tab and click on "Create" below Outpost #1. Get ready to spend a couple hours building and conquering new wildernesses. Stay tuned for a guide on how to set up your new outpost!

Attacking Level 8 Lakes
After a day of training, I finally have an adequate army to attack level 8 wildernesses. I am however using a Dragon Heart item that boosts my troops attack by 20%, just to be safe. I have 6 more of them, so I figure why not use them.
I attacked a level 8 mountain next to my city and then moved on to level 8 lakes. So far, I've attacked 3 level 8 lakes and haven't had an egg drop, but I'll keep sending attacks until I can get my 2nd city. Below is an example of the army I am using to attack level 8 wildernesses. I am noticing that I'm losing a few Battle Dragons with each attack, so I may only do a few more until I have another batch of troops trained.
